Play any surah

Say “Alexa, ask Muslim Companion to play Surah Al-Kahf”. Name the surah the way you say it (Fatiha or Fateha, Baqarah, Yasin…) or by number. Add a reciter's name, or ask for an English or Urdu translation after each ayah.

While it plays: “Alexa, next”, “Alexa, previous”, “Alexa, pause”, “Alexa, start over”.

More than 30 reciters

Including Mishary Alafasy, Abdur-Rahman As-Sudais, Saud Ash-Shuraim, Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husary, Muhammad Siddiq Al-Minshawi, Abdul Basit Abdus-Samad, Maher Al-Muaiqly, Saad Al-Ghamdi and Yasser Ad-Dossari, plus Taraweeh recordings from Makkah. Ask “Alexa, ask Muslim Companion which reciters do you have”.

Quran after the Athan

On the dashboard's Quran Schedule, choose what follows each Athan: one surah, or continuous recitation. You can pick a different reciter or surah for each prayer, or let it choose at random from reciters you like.

Turn on Friday Kahf and Surah Al-Kahf plays after the Fajr Athan every Friday.

Your Quran Journey

Muslim Companion remembers where you stopped and how much you've heard. Ask “Alexa, ask Muslim Companion how far am I in the Quran”.

Memorizing? The Hifz Coach repeats each ayah, then the whole lesson, and saves your progress: “Alexa, ask Muslim Companion to start Hifz”.
